Neck Pain
Neck pain is discomfort in any of the structures in the neck. These include the muscles, nerves, vertebrae, and the discs between the vertebrae. When your neck is sore, you may have difficulty in moving it, especially turning to one side. You may have pain, cramps, tingling numbness and weakness in either or both upper limbs. To carry out activities of daily living is very difficult with this pain .
Back Pain
Back pain is pain felt in the back. Episodes of back pain may be acute (Starts suddenly ), chronic ( Since many months or even years ) or acute on chronic depending on it’s physiology and pathology. The pain may be characterized as a dull ache, shooting, piercing pain or a burning sensation. The pain may radiate into the legs or feet and may include tingling and numbness in both legs . It may be due to para spinal muscle sprain, inter vertebral disc partial/complete prolapse , nerve compression or compression fracture of vertebrae . In today’s era of continuous stress to perform , Backpain is also said to be Psycho-Somatic response to stress .
Joint Pain
Joint pain can affect one or more joints at the same time or different span of time. Joint pain can be caused by many types of injuries or conditions. It may be linked to Osteoarthritis ( Age related wearing out of joint ), Bursitis ( Swelling in cushions around joint ) and muscle pain. No matter what causes it, joint pain can be very bothersome. Some causes of joint pain are Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Gout , recent or old Trauma and rarely to Spondylo Arthropaties , Septic Arthritis , Tuberculosis of joints etc .
Muscular Pain
Muscle aches and pains are common and can involve more than one muscle. Muscle pain also can involve ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Fascia are the soft tissues that connect muscles, bones and other organs. Muscle cramps can also be symptoms of Diabetes, Thyroid dysfunction, Muscular Dystrophies, Vitamins(mainly B-12) & Mineral (mainly Calcium , Magnesium and Zinc) deficiencies. Nocural (Night) muscular cramps is very common in Indian female population .
Osteoarthritis
What is Osteoarthritis ?
Sometimes also called degenerative joint disease or “wear and tear” arthritis, osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common chronic condition of the joints. Commonly involved joins are knee, hip & joints of thumb. In our country and continent it is more prevalent due to our social habits like squatting , sitting cross legged , kneeing , doing household works by home manager females . Except very early diagnosis and precautions it is almost irreversible condition .

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)
Rheumatoid Arthritis is a chronic auto-immune disease characterized by periods of increase and decrease in symptoms of pain. In rheumatoid arthritis, multiple joints and muscles are usually, but not always, affected in a symmetrical pattern. Morning stiffness and red swollen joints are typical of rheumatoid arthritis. If is also more prevalent in females . If not diagnosed early and treated fully by a knowledgeable rheumatoid consultant , it is deadly disabling disease . Anaemia ( Low Haemoglobin) and Psychological depression are common co-morbidities .
